“One of the reasons we chose Villebois is because of its lovely parks and common areas. It also has a slightly urban feel, compared to other developments we looked at, with the potential for so much more. The very nature of its design facilitates easy communication between neighbors…parks and green spaces nearby, courtyards in the front of some of the homes, shared common areas, and the (eventual) village center. Villebois promotes ‘getting out there and meeting your neighbors.’ We also like the economic, social, and ethnic diversity compared with other areas in the suburbs.  There are apartments, condos, assisted living homes, and single family homes all in one neighborhood. Living together and understanding different points of view and lifestyles are all great experiences we can give our children. That’s why we love it here, that’s why we love where we live.”
