Rudy Kadlub, the CEO at Costa Pacific Communities, was recently a guest on the Home and Wealth Show on Portland’s own news radio station, 750 KXL. Radio host Brian Bushlach interviewed Rudy during the Realty Roundtable portion of the weekly radio show, speaking to him about the current Portland real estate market as well as Costa Pacific’s newest project, the Villebois Village Center in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Rudy spoke about Costa Pacific’s three tenets of connectivity, sustainability and diversity in planning and developing the award-winning Villebois community. Rudy said he believes a place is greater when it has a variety of products that truly represent a cross-section of America. By introducing an array of land uses and product types, and by mixing retail spaces, jobs and houses, Costa Pacific was able to create a more complete community at Villebois. According to Rudy, in this unique neighborhood, there’s a place for the butcher, the baker and the banker.
